What's Up With You, Buyers?

I must say I can't believe buyers are not out and about buying a new home.

The interest rates are great!  There is a lot of inventory on the market right now!  Buyers, sellers are willing to negogiate more now then ever. 

Prices have level out about as far as they are going to go.  Buyers, there are some great deals out there and you are letting them go by. 

2007 was the 5th best year in sales volume since 1952.  There were 5.5 million homes sold across the USA in 2007. 

Guys, I know you want to buy a new house.  Many of you have told me so.  Stop sitting on the fence and call today to find your dream home.

I am very excited that I will be able to communicate with my readers and clients on a weekly basis through my new blog.  I think this will be a great way for you as readers to ask questions of me and I will in turn return that favor and get the answers for you.  So please respond and get those burning questions you have about Real Estate to me so I can find the answers for you and respond.

All buyers out there; it is a great time to  buy a home.  There is for the first time in a while more inventory for you to choose from.  Houses are staying on the market longer so you do not have to take second best when you can have first best.  That does not mean if you see a home that you really like that you should wait too long.  Remember there are others out there who might like the same house.  Interest rates are still great and there are great loan packages that will suit any person's needs.

All sellers out there; spring is coming and if you are thinking about selling your home, now is the time to get the house on the market.  Homes are staying on the market 60-120 days.  Gone are the days when your home was sold over night.  It is a buyers market guys.  The good thing is there are buyers wanting to buy homes and the better yours looks when a buyers tours the house the quicker it will sell.
